• How long can I rent baby equipment?+−

  The minimum rental period is 2 nights. We offer tiered discounts from 5 nights (-15% on individual items, -25% on packs) and 12 nights (-25% on items, -35% on packs). Perfect for a week-long family holiday or longer in Provence.

• How does the deposit work?+−

  A card imprint is securely registered at booking time via Stripe. No amount is charged. The hold is automatically released 3 days after the end of your rental, unless damage is reported on the equipment.

• Where do you deliver in Provence?+−

  We deliver within a 50 km radius of Sénas (13560), covering Salon-de-Provence, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Cavaillon, Orgon, Lambesc, Eyguières, Mallemort, and the Alpilles and Luberon areas. Delivery fees are flat-rate based on distance: 5 euros up to 20 km, 10 euros from 20 to 30 km, 15 euros from 30 to 40 km, 20 euros from 40 to 50 km.

• What if I'm outside the delivery area?+−

  If you're staying more than 50 km from Sénas, you can pick up the equipment for free at our location in Sénas. Collection is quick and easy, and you'll receive a warm welcome.

• Is the equipment safe and clean?+−

  All our equipment meets current European safety standards. Every item is cleaned, sanitised and inspected before each rental. We use trusted premium brands: Hauck, Stokke, Cybex, Maxi-Cosi, Béaba.

• Can I cancel my booking?+−

  Yes, cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the start of your rental, with a full refund. After that, contact us via WhatsApp and we'll find a solution together.

• How are delivery fees calculated?+−

  Delivery fees are flat-rate based on distance from Sénas: 5 euros up to 20 km, 10 euros from 20 to 30 km, 15 euros from 30 to 40 km, 20 euros from 40 to 50 km. Free pickup at Sénas is also available.

• What baby equipment do you offer?+−

  We offer a wide range of individual items (travel cot, co-sleeper, wooden crib, Stokke high chair, stroller, baby bouncer, baby bath, baby monitor, car seat, baby carrier) and 3 packs: the Essential (cot + high chair), the Complete (cot + high chair + stroller) and the Comfort (4 items of your choice). Prices range from 4 to 30 euros per night.

• Who handles delivery and collection?+−

  Maeva, founder of C&V Baby in Provence, personally handles every delivery and collection. The equipment is set up at your accommodation and everything is explained. A truly personal, caring service.

• Can I book for someone else (gift, family)?+−

  Of course! You can book on behalf of someone else. Simply enter the delivery address and dates for the person receiving the equipment. A lovely gesture for young parents on holiday.

• How does the Comfort pack (4 items of your choice) work?+−

  The Comfort pack lets you choose 4 items from our catalogue: cot, stroller, high chair, bouncer, bath, monitor, car seat or carrier. You create your own pack to suit your needs, at an attractive rate of 30 euros per night.

• Are you available during peak season (July-August)?+−

  Yes, we're available all year round, including peak season. We recommend booking as early as possible for summer, as our equipment is in high demand between June and September.

• Where can I rent a stroller or a baby cot near Avignon?+−

  We deliver baby equipment to your door within a 50 km radius around Senas, which covers Avignon and the surrounding area. You book online, and we deliver and set up the stroller, cot or any other item where you are staying.

• Do you deliver baby equipment to Aix-en-Provence and Salon-de-Provence?+−

  Yes. Aix-en-Provence and Salon-de-Provence are within our delivery area from Senas. We also deliver across the Alpilles, the Luberon and as far as Avignon.

• Can I rent a baby car seat for Marseille-Provence airport?+−

  Yes, we rent Maxi-Cosi car seats and can deliver to Marseille-Provence airport, to Avignon TGV or Aix TGV stations, or to your accommodation in Provence.

• Do you deliver to Airbnb rentals and holiday homes in Provence?+−

  Absolutely. We deliver and collect the equipment directly at your holiday rental, gite or Airbnb. We also work with concierge services and owners who want to offer baby equipment to their guests.

• How much does it cost to rent baby equipment for a week in Provence?+−

  Prices start at 4 EUR per night per item, with a 2-night minimum. From 5 nights you get -15% on individual items, and -25% from 12 nights. For a week, a travel cot costs around 47.60 EUR (8 EUR per night over 7 nights, 15% discount included), for example.
